Darold Williams the VP and Director of Client Services conducts the day to day decision making and operations of Pro First Sports . In addition to scouting athletes and maintaining current HSG clients, he organizes face to face meetings, and logistics for HSG clients. His over 20 years of experience in the Sports Management business and working with large and small sports management firms such as Sportstars, Inc and NA3
Sports allow him an array of resources to meet each client's needs and demands. Darold brings a vast background and over 18 years of experience in coaching, training, talent and character evaluation of both collegiate and professional football players. Through many years of being right in the thick of things, he has gained an extensive and vast knowledge of sports related issues and a strong understanding of the NFL, CFL, and AFL leagues.
Throughout his career, he has helped to recruit and sign many athletes. These relationships give him a keen insight into the trials, tribulations, and important decisions that professional athletes face. Darold is committed and dedicated to each client and their pursuit of a rewarding and satisfying life and career. Darold graduated from Florida State University, where he obtained his degree in Sports Management and a Masters in Sports Administration, along with a National Championship in 1999.
Darold is a budding entrepreneur who manages Williams Wildland Fire Services, a wildland firefighting business, DDW Sports Group, a sports consulting and marketing company, and the Owner and Head Football Coach of the Daytona Waverunners, a Women's Tackle Football Team a part of the Women's Football Alliance.
