As the Director of Player Personnel and CFL, XFL, MLB Contract Advisor with Pro First Sports, Michael spearheads the scouting processes, as well as identifying and evaluating data and video, etc. on prospects to provide direction for the agency and assists with contract negotiations. He has 20 plus years of football experience ranging from being a player to coaching, and leverages his contacts at the High School, NCAA, NFL, CFL, and
XFL level to further promote the services of Pro First Sports. Michael's football career started at a young age with Punt, Pass and Kick that catapulted him to compete on a National Level and participate on NFL's Monday Night Football. being highly ranked as a Quarterback in the State of Florida. Michael was recognized as a Blue Chip Athlete and competed in High School against the likes of Deion Sanders, Hall of Fame cornerback and two time Super Bowl Champion. He was also President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in High School and Letterman's Club. In College, Michael was a member of the Florida State Seminoles Football team and a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His roommate was Dexter Carter, successful FSU running back and a member of the San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl XXIX team. Upon graduation, Michael continued pursuing his professional football career and being drafted by the XFL in 2000. He has continued channeling his passion for football by staying involved in evaluating talent by attending the NFL, CFL and AAF Combines to further identify talented.

Michael graduated from Florida State University, where he obtained a double major degree in Business Management/Economics, and a minor in Business Law. He has excelled in the business world, which encompasses a successful career in the Cellular/Mobile Phone industry and currently owns Do It Wireless, LLC. Additionally, his entrepreneurial nature drove him to establish a successful financial business focusing on ETF investing in the Stock Market.
